I miss this place and have been going here since the early 80s. I was finally able to purchase two of your beautifully designed reindeers that looked like they came from a carousel and amongst other things . this was a family tradition to go every year and sometimes throughout the year. It's sad that quality got pushed out by a cheaper version of your inventory,such as Walmart, target etc. We wish we knew about the final closing date and like Tots R Us has closed,but will finally reopen, I hope you would find a way to reopen the Pasadena store.

This place is not what it used to be. It has shrunk to a third of its original size. Sad to see it go.

This review is for the customer service. I called to see if they carried a certain piece. The young lady who answered the phone said "we're really busy right now and I don't know" and then hung up on me. When I called back, I was placed on an eternal hold. Doesn't seem like they need any more customers.
