UPDATE 3 Feb 2023: It has been almost 3 months. I have had several surgeries in my life, this has been the smoothest. I went back to work after about 6 weeks. No issues lifting people but I did feel the hernia repair. Its a soreness where the repair was. It wasn't fully healed, but functional as long as you have some restraint. By week 8 my workouts were at 95% effort with no issue. By week 10 workouts at 100% effort (but not 100% strength because I was still regaining...that will come) and have not felt the repair or any other discomfort. I am at week 11 and strength is at 95%. No more discomfort. You don't realize how much some injuries bother you until they are fixed. Follow the doctors post-surgery protocol. Push yourself a little but be very careful. Ice pack down the pants every night over the spot for 4-6 weeks and when sore. I last iced on week 9. If you do that you will be back in the fight quickly.

This is a review of their office at 9465 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills. Absolutely terrible patient service. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I arrived a few minutes early, but the building has controlled-access elevators. When I arrived, no one from security was present to let me up to the doctor's office, causing me to be about 10 minutes late to my appointment. The office managers said that because I was *10 minutes late*, I could no longer be seen. I took off of work and paid for parking (oh, and they don't validate either). AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. If they cannot do the basics right like having someone to let patients inside their own facility, then you should not trust them whatsoever with your medical care.
