        They're not handling claims very quickly right now, and don't get back to you in a timely manner. However, I did speak to a few agents that were very helpful, and made up for the other 2 that were not.

        Never responded to my voicemail requesting they call me nor did they respond to my employer's communications. They also don't have live people answering calls.
