        This was the worst experience I've ever had at a chain restaurant. My work took us to lunch so it limited how involved I was with the server as far as speaking my mind. What did happen was we got a dirty plate, the avocado egg rolls came out brown, my ahi tuna was questionable and the salad was getting old and browning. My coworkers dish had a hair in it, and they missed a water. I get it, they are understaffed but a lot of this falls on people the staff they have dropping the ball. Our party of 8, will not be returning. On the plus side, they got a 2 star because their Pizookie was so darn good! Bad life choice but good choice at BJs.

        Very clean establishment. Ice cold beer. Great alcohol selection. Food is fresh and service is prompt.
