I was stranded in Pasadena. Hit am enormous pot hole in the dark. Pasadena must be famous for these as this is not the first one that damaged my car. I managed to get my spare tire on, but it was mostly flat too. The micro spare would not make the trip home to Orange County. I limped into Crown City Tire at 4:45pm. They close at 5:30pm. There were several cars and I thought I was doomed to have to find a hotel for the night. Even though they were busy, I was warmly greeted by a young lady who was able to get me some help. They searched and searched but they did not have my size. Mickey and the guys that I didn't catch their names all worked to find me a free loaner to get me home. I am so greatful to Mickey and all the staff here that I am coming back tomorrow to buy a full set of new tires! Thank you all, you guys are awesome!

The best thing about this place are the workers! Very honest and attentive. I appreciate that they were able to patch my tire instead of making me buy a new one. Thank you Eddie and Alex for taking care of me!

I recently took my son's car into Crown City Tire because twice before Kia Alhambra had told us there was nothing wrong with his tire even though it was going flat every morning. Crown City did a proper job of inspecting the tire and finding the puncture. Even though I was going to return to Kia because the tire was warrantied, Ruben gave me a loaner tire while we got it repaired. When I returned the loaner, he met me at my car and took the loaner out of my trunk. Crown City did everything that Kia Alhambra failed to do and all with no benefit to themselves. I have nothing but good to say about this excellent and caring company. Ruben was kind and gracious. We will definitely be bringing our son's car here in the future. I will never again buy tires from Kia!
