Teri is a crook stay away!  She will sell you anything despite major construction issues. The inspectors she recommends  are terrible too. Overlook a lot it is grossly negligent how they operate. Thay is why most agents left years ago.

We've used Judee Ausnow for at least 17 years.  This woman is amazing.  I'd trust her judgement 100%.  She's has found all our renters over these years and ALL of them have been the very best.  She NEVER didn't get back to us, not once.  Judee is very professional, always very organized and well managed.  She'll give you advice and will do her very best for all her customer's that we've been lucky enough to speak to or refer to her.  She's truly the best we've found EVER.  I can not speak for any other realtors in Wildwood West office as we've used others and THEY were not what we'd say well versed and honest.

I have been dealing with Judee since 2009.  She helped me buy 6 homes and assisted me in renting them originally and every time my tenants moved.  She is at the highest level of expectation and professionalism.  She has gone out of her way helping me and has been very generous with her time and advise, given that I live 200 miles away.  All the tenants that she found for me have been great and I could not expect more from Judee,  I highly recommend her.

5 years as a renter. $1,100 invested into rental upon move out. NO deposit returned. NO phone call or letter explaining why? This place has NO integrity!
