After a 20-month battle and overwhelming evidence against this HORRIBLE CONTRACTOR, RANDY BABCOCK, he turned over his contractors license to the Deputy Attorney General and CSLB to avoid paying us back, CSLB time spent investigating, DA fees, multiple fines, and possible jail time. BEWARE! HE'S STILL WORKING!! His son, NICK BABCOCK, who was equally involved in the end result of our partially built home having to be demolished after two engineers failed the foundation and structural work, obtained a Contractors License under the name of ALL PRO CONSTRUCTION. These CROOKS are far from professional and BOTH SHOULD BE IN jAIL!!!

This guy is extremely rude. One call to him and you will see what I’m talking about. He will try to give you a price quote over the phone without coming out to see what needs to be done. But he is rude and condescending. My apologies buddy- but if you’re too lazy to come out and take a look at the situation maybe you need to have a little more patience 🤷‍♀️

Babcock Construction completed a beautiful remodel of our master bedroom and bath suite. He added needed square footage to the bed room, french doors, corner natural gas fire place, ceiling fan, completely replaces all bathroom fixtures with new vanity, toilet and Jacuzzi tub, and added a screened outside deck with stairs! Rand is easy to work with and completed the job without unnecessary delays! I highly recommend him for your home remodels! Service: Remodelling
