        I had called 2 weeks ago & was told they would come the following Tuesday. It's Thursday & no fill. Called to see about the propane fill and the lady was rude & very snappyThis is not the first bad customer service I have experienced with this company. However I thought maybe she was having a bad day so I disregarded the attitude. And now I was told it won't be until next Tuesday I will be looking for another company who can at the minimum provide good customer service.

        No stars isn't an option. After paying several exorbitant and possibly fraudulent service charges, running out of gas in the middle of the winter and getting a collections notice for a bill we didn't even know was late (and got payed). I have finally decided to switch over to anybody else.
