OUTSTANDING! I was having trouble with my AC and had lost some refrigerant over the years. After a recharge, I needed it checked for leaks and whether it needed replacement. (According to All Star Heating and Air there was no saving it because it used R22, which has been phased out.) Today, Advanced Heating and AC ran a full diagnostic on it, found no leaks, checked each vent to make sure it was blowing cold, and said, "Sorry, I'd love to get a few bucks out of you, but there's really nothing wrong with your system. It's working fine and you don't need me, so please call me again when you do." Truly one of the most professional and honest customer service experiences I have had in a while. CANNOT recommend him enough! Service: AC repair

TERRIBLE customer service and experience. This company turned out to have sent a guy to install our mini split who Marcel, the owner, later (and only after dozens of calls weren’t returned and I posted a negative review on Yelp) informed me had scammed multiple customers and botched the jobs. He assured me he would resolve the issue and months have gone by where he doesn’t respond to messages or calls and our issues with the installed system have only gotten worse. I do not understand how you can run a business this way, it’s just absurd how bad the customer service is, even apart from the fact that the owner of the company is irresponsible enough to send people to your home who don’t know what they’re doing! If you own a business and are responsible for bad work being done you need to take ownership and resolve the problem. Not just when or because bad reviews are posted but because it’s the only proper thing to do. Unless you want to risk having to go through posting negative Yelp reviews to even get a call back and not even then is the issue resolved, DONT USE THIS COMPANY! This is same as Yelp review. Advanced heating and AC went beyond my expectations. Especially I am impressed with the owner, Marcel, and his super crew team P. and E. (Initials for privacy). Look, the MOST important part when installing AC is the installation itself. Even you have super expensive feature rich AC, if install goes bad, then it is ruined. I went through at least 7 AC contractors. What I avoid from AC contractors selection: Too much talk and sales pitch. Sometimes they come over but want to sit down and hear their sales pitch. Marcel just went straight to the discussion on what needs, how long it will take, when can be installed, and of course estimate. Then you need to make sure that his crew knows what they do and care. I am a very detail oriented, real handyman, and problem solver. Key factors that I take into consideration: Very detail oriented, technical knowledge, responsibility, accountability, friendliness , and time. All of these factors were demonstrated above and beyond. Highly recommended.

I'm not sure if this is a real business. They were a no-show for an appointment. When I called to make an appointment, the "appointment center" said that I am confirmed without even asking for the address. I asked to receive confirmation and they said that they don't send confirmations - no text and no emails. They refused to send me one. Then, I called multiple times and they said I can use "Marie" as a reference to confirm the appointment. I called back and there is no Marie. I gave them an opportunity to get back to me on why the appointment was missed but no one did. I guess this how much they care about your business. If you can't trust them to show up, how can you trust them to take care of your home? Please save yourself the trouble of working with this "business."
