Luise was the one who treated our house and crawl space for rat problems and he was on time, thorough, and responsive. He was also very patient and came back several times to seal and check the status until my problem was solved.

We’d used every trap in the book! Anything and everything available at hardware stores and NOTHING seemed to work. Eventually we’d hear the problem again so we FINALLY decided to hire someone. We called LBRE for an estimate and were impressed with the quote. Seemed fair for the amount of work it’d take so we decided to proceed. Luis was professional and answered all our questions. He cleaned the areas after he was done and showed us everything he did. So far we haven’t had any problems, we’re very happy with his work. Definitely recommend making the investment.
