I have used other Chem Dry companies. Universal Chem Dry was by far the BEST! Stains the other Chem Dry companies could not get out? Jose got out. He was on time, called when he was coming and very thorough, He moved small furniture that the other companies did not move. I am going to use him again! My carpets have NEVER looked this clean. There is a BIG difference in Chem Dry companies. Jose at Universal Chem Dry did the best job! Service: Carpet cleaning

I just want to start by saying that I thought my carpets were done for. Honestly I just wanted the carpets clean enough to live with as my plans were to rip them out. My wife and I recently bought a new house and the carpets were TRASHED. The previous owners had dogs & cats as pets and the carpets SHOWED... The carpets either had pet urine, pet feces, or animal vomit in each room and also had an odor. The technician Jose came out, reviewed all the areas and gave me a quote on doing a deep cleaning, sanitizer, and a pet treatment solution that treats bacteria left from animal accidents. He explained the process to me very well and made sure that I understood exactly what each step did and the importance of doing it right. The carpets were AMAZING after he finished. I kid you not the carpets were dark grey when he got here (which I thought was the original color), but after he finished the carpets had actually changed colors because of how filthy they were. I can't even imagine how bad it would have been for us to be breathing all that dirt and bacteria in. I will make a note that Jose did let us know ahead of time that in some cases any staining remaining after he was done cleaning may be permanent. I told him I understood and he was correct, the pet urine had done so much damage after not being cleaned that there was some discoloration in the carpet as a result. Any discoloration or staining that was there after the cleaning was done was permanent but Jose went above and beyond to ensure that he left our house clean and sanitized. My wife still wants to rip the carpets out later this year as she prefers wood flooring, but I am thinking of putting off the wood floors as the carpets are good for another few years. I 100% recommend Universal Chem-Dry to everyone. Stanley Steamers or Rapid Dry are trash compared to Universal Chem-dry. They used to be my go to cleaners because I thought it was just soaking in water and they were clean but after Jose's explanation I am never using anyone but Universal. Don't cheap out! I am so happy I found Universal Chem-Dry. Jose is one of the most polite and hard working people I have met. My husband and I recently moved into our home and we needed a lot of work done before we moved in. The customer service was very nice and was patient with all my answers. When Jose arrived, he made sure to take his time to give us his best suggestion to tackle all of the carpet and tile & grout we have. The previous home owners had pets and we were concerned about some odor. Jose assured me the products used would not harm our puppy so my husband and I felt at ease with the deep cleaning and pet urine treatment needed. We were so happy with the results and it looked like a night and day difference. Once we settled in, we called again to get some of our area rugs and upholstery cleaned and Jose did not disappoint. Thank you to Jose and Universal Chem-Dry for everything. I will definitely be calling them every year for all services!
