First time writing a review and so upset it had to be at a dentist!! SO here we go ended up purchasing clear aligners from this dental studio and spending thousands of dollars to get my loved ones teeth straight. So ill share my experience I had purchased clear aligners for a loved one and went through all the necessary steps molds appointments ect. Lots of money and time especially for a working full time mother of 2 (my other half ). After all the appointments, along with the recommendations from the “Dr.” we were all ready and set to start, we had taken care of everything( $$ especially) and were all set for the aligners, of which were on order and ready to be installed on our set appointment mind you all was not fast weeks of waiting, we were ready for a new smile weeks of waiting. SO when appointment day shows up guess what…? No alignment trays, no anything not even a good excuse as to why we were in this office for no reason with no valid reason why we had no clear aligners next were given the run around as how it was no ones fault and there is nothing they can do to fix the problem except for yep as you could guess, it was to wait longer for new alignment trays… I even called in and spoke with the office Manager to find out that they don’t care… so take this as you will if you are already weary of the dentist and want a place that is reliable shop around I have been coming here for years and hate for this to be my review of this place but I am now in the market for a new dentist. Even worse they were non apologetic and tried even less to remedy the situation all in all word to the wise look around if you find yourself near this office.
