Putting aside the differences in cost and policies offered by different insurance companies, the one thing my wife and I expect is quality customer service. We had policies with one company for over 15 years and when our agent retired, our account was transferred to another agent. The level of service was abysmal- so bad that we sought out another company (and it had nothing to do with a claim!). The level of service that David provides his customers is unparalleled. He has resolved a number of problems for us so quickly and completely that we look forward to having him as our agent for many more years.
At least as long as our previous long term agent.
