Sean provided excellent service by helping to find my perfect car in a market that is low in inventory. He was quick to respond to my inquiries and also very helpful with the trade-in of my vehicle. Although I stopped into other dealerships to check on inventory over a few months period of time, Sean's no-pressure, helpful service made me WANT to buy from Thompson's so I'm so happy it worked out!

Every time I have been to this dealership it has been a very pleasant experience. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Most of my appointments have been last minute and they have had no problem accommodating a spot for me. Always fast and efficient!

My initial experience with the service attendant was fine. I retuned the second day to pick my vehicle up and found that the bill I had been told would be $190 was now $425. I then asked to review this bill with the Service Manager. I pointed out to the manager that the problem in the bill was caused by the individual who handled my original purchase of the vehicle in 2017. At that time the Extended Service Agreement was filed by the dealership (Thompson) with the wrong name (Robert James vs Robert James Gross). Since this was the 1st time I had used this extended service agreement it was being rejected by the Insurance Company since the name didn't match. I had called that morning following discussion with initial service attendant and had name corrected at the Insurance Company. Following my discussion with the Service Manager the explanation I received was more than adequate. The Manager informed me that the problem would be addressed by them with the Insurance Company and adjusted my bill to reflect the correct action that would be taken. After paying the adjusted bill I left the dealership with the knowledge that I had received a more than fair treatment. This reinforced my initial decision to purchase my vehicle (2017) from the Thompson dealership since I had looked at a number of GMC dealerships and decided that Thompson had a history of treating their customers fairly and focused on customer satisfaction as one of their key business goals. The Service Manager handled the problem in a professional, fair and open manner and reinforced my confidence in the Thompson organization. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Thompson.
