Ty was very helpful in giving us detailed information when we inquired about a broken pipe that had fallen into our well and what would need to be done. My husband and I were very impressed with his promptness and willingness to help.

No body likes waking up in the morning with your well not working...Called Ty, he answered promptly, came right over, diagnosed the problem and by the end of the day it was back to working just fine and at a very reasonable fee...will not hesitate using him in the future or recommending him.

These guys are top notch they were quick to answer my phone calls and texts, extremely professional, and just all around amazing. I gave them a call because my well had become blocked up because of sand and my well lining being rusted through and collapsing. They came out the same day I called to take a look at it and gave me a quote for a well rehab. As soon as the permits cleared they were out the next day and in one day they had helped clean out all of the sand and gunk from my well and then relined my whole well. My well had originally been drilled down to 240 ft but because of sand and the lining collapsing it was down to 176 ft and it seemed that we only had about 1 foot of water left and they helped clean it out and got it down to over 270ft and now we have over 100ft of water!!! Thank you guys so very much 10/10 I will 100% be recommending Phifer Well Service for anyone who needs their well serviced!! Thank you guys again!!!
