        This was my second rental from the Cresco located in Pleasant Hill. As always, the staff provided exceptional service and support. I rented the SUNFIRE SF80 Portable Radiant Heater to heat the backyard for an outdoor party. Carlos and Devon assisted me when I picked up the heater and walked me through the steps of operation. Once I got the heater home, I had to call Cresco to troubleshoot the heater. Devon took the time to help and stayed on the phone until I was able to get the heater to start. Unfortunately, the heater was too loud and served as a distraction at the party. After 10 minutes, we turned it off and it served as a conversation piece throughout the night. On Monday, I returned the heater and spoke with Jimmy at the front desk. After explaining that we were unable to use the heater, Jimmy empathized with me and waived the rental fees. Talk about customer service. I will definitely support this local business in the future and appreciate the professionalism of the staff from start to finish.
