Paid extra to expedite a stole and it is now 5 days after the ship date I paid for and it is still "processing." There is no number. Their instant chat has nobody on the other end. I am so not happy as I needed this for my daughter's graduation. I will update the review when they finally send the stole.

This team was so flexible with us and was super fast with the communication and response to any of my million questions. This is my second time placing a big amount of stoles for programs from College Wear and both times the service was 10/10. The first time it was 25 stoles and this time it was 110 for UCSD College Corps. My director was impressed with the quality of the stoles. They looked AMAZING! The embroidery is very much on point and exactly what we were looking for in a stole. Some students have seen it and they were very happy with them. I think it is safe to say that you may hear from us again for next years cohort stoles. Thank you Cameron and the production team for getting these stoles in to us in the amount of time you did. My Husband Jim will be performing a wedding ceremony and requested if they could manufacture a two color stole that included two crosses, two code of arms, and a college logo. He received authorization through the proper parties to have it embroidered. Although a lot of business was done over the phone and email, CollegeWear worked with us through the whole process. Two Color Stole, 5 embroideries (multi-color), more beautiful than We could imagine. Price? I was anticipating $200+. Ironic with Rush Production and Shipment bottom line under $150. We had ongoing communication due to a deadline that we had to meet. We received it two weeks upon reviewing the artwork and making payment. Carolina Dacy was prompt to respond by both email and receipt of messages. Great job on producing a unique piece. I look forward to working with you on future stoles Thank you, Jim and Carol Phelps
