In the midst of a domestic violence restraining order/custody battle. Ms. James and her office was there to help me in a emergency matter, her office was the only office to help me that same day..which I will never forget. Everytime I called someone was there to answer my questions. Iam grateful and happy with my results. So glad it’s all over now and I can move on.

Christine James at All American Law has been by far the best Family Law Attorney we could have hired. Her knowledge was second to none, but her drive to fight for us was AMAZING!! Christine was always very responsive, and truly listened to what we said. We never felt like just a client, but rather like family.

It is hard to know where to start when explaining what Ms. James was able to do for Me and my family...But I will try! After putting myself in a bad position by trying to represent myself in my initial custody hearing, I was told by several attorneys that it would be near impossible to go back to court and reverse the damage I had unknowingly done by not be legally represented. I retained Ms. James around 6 years ago for an emergency hearing that I was only aware of 24hours prior to the hearing. I called multiple firms prior to reaching out to Christine that evening and they all said the same thing, "sorry, just not enough time to prep...I cant take your case". I came across the number for All American and spoke with Christine and the rest is history. Christine represented me the next day and won the case. Unfortunately, my custody battles didn't end there and continued over the next 6 years where Christine remained my attorney and continued to be victorious hearing after hearing fending off false accusations and attempted parent alienation. After a long 6 year battle we finally gained everything I had been rightfully fighting for (a task that all other attorneys I spoke to prior said could never happen). The impact Ms. James and her staff at All American Law has made on our family is more than words can describe. I chose this firm based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately it was a poor and very costly mistake. Much of my case was ignored and so were my inquiries. Most of my questions went unanswered. I only had 1 mtg with the lawyer and half of the time I spent explaining my case. I was informed the lawyer would meet with me after my case was reviewed. I waited weeks and finally spoke to her after i insisted on having a mtg. 2 of her own staff advised me against her own advice about my case. I paid 6500 and over 4500 was spent and never went to court only requested continuances. I had to obtain a divorce coach who was able to enlighten me on what the lawyer needed to. She helped me find another lawyer who actually sat down with me and walked through my case with me and found mistakes that Ms. James and her staff made. Actually listened to me, came up with strategic planning for my trial, explained important issues, understands the Judge who is presiding over my case and this new lawyer is only a quarter of the cost! After much prayer and speaking to other legal counsel my family court case is finally back on track. Being involved in a child custody battle is difficult enough. Having poor representation makes it twice as hard!
