Credit Expectation

I loved my experience; she assisted me with my credit and did everything that she said she would do! I now have 785 scores and I am extremely happy that I was referred to Credit Expectation.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THIS SERVICE! I have hardly given a bad review to anyone but I wish this one has 0 instead of giving 1. All was going well with communication until the creditors started to sue me. That's what Karina was paid in full (really high price compared to others I have seen after signing up with her). She completely ignores you and blocks you for few weeks. Then calls back and gives you hope she'll work on it. She refused to answer my calls after that. When I call with another number, she answers then snaps at me saying she hasn't been to work for few days. Why did she not respond to my calls yet answer another? Notice, she doesn't respond to the ones that criticized her on the reviews. To add to the insult, every since I've given my social security number to karina, I've had bills coming from Experian every two weeks. Couldn't stop it until I closed my credit card. Extremely worried my information was given to the wrong person. I know I have been taken and fooled but I will not let her do this to anyone else. Please do not use her service and recommend anyone to use her. This is beyond unprofessionalism but playing with people's lives. I will do my due diligence to report this so called company to any and every organization to make sure she cannot take advantage of people. No matter what replies you give to this review, it is your unprofessionalism that is saddening. You admitted to me that my continues calls upset you. Why not answer and explain to me that this is how things work. I kept calling assuming you will assist me. Your responses to me and others indicate how aggressive you are. If you're this aggressive obviously , I'm letting people know how your speak to people once you receive payment. You should have been clear with me and I would have understood. You kept misleading me. You made a horrible deal with a creditor that I had to pay a lot of money when I didn't ha to. No matter how you slice it and dice it. It was not explained to me clearly!!!! I hope you take my criticism and work on your temper. Instead of backtracking to make me look like i misunderstood. Your behavior is unprofessional. That's it!!!

This business handled my cousin's case very unprofessionally . Didn't return phone calls. Left the file unfinished. I strongly suggest not working with this business ever again.

I loved my experience with credit expectation. They do amazing work really fast. I was approved for my car and my house and couldn’t be any happier.
