Milky Mama Breastfeeding Support

I love this company! They are not only on point with customer service the snacks are amazing. I personally love the brownies tip ( i microwave for 10 seconds because who doesnt like a warm brownie) and the banana strawberry smoothie ( i just add a little bit of ice then blend) are my personal favorite. And this has incresed my supply so much at first i didnt really notice it but on day 3 i went from 1-2 oz to 3-4!! I can't wait to try the other snacks they got on here!

They sent me an $80 product I never ordered and refuse to refund me. I do not want or need this product. I just want my money back!

I've loved everything I bought from Milky Mama. Their products give me a noticable improvement in my milk supply. I recently had made a mistake on an order and although the initial customer service rep wasn't able to help me correct it, the owner did. Overall I would definitely recommend them!

When I had my baby she was in the NICU and being separated really delayed my breastfeeding rhythm even with pumping. Once we were home, I felt really committed to breastfeeding but my supply was low and I was really stressed. I started following Milky Mama on Instagram and was learning so much, then I first ordered the lactation brownies and while they are pricey, they completely changed the quality of my milk and baby was full longer. I never saw an increase in supply really, but it didn't matter because the milk was so much more substantial.  They say for some women it increases supply, for some quality- for me it was the latter. I became a devotee and used the lactation brownies and emergency brownies for the 9 months I was breastfeeding. I also had a session with a lactation consultant after a couple weeks of struggling at home and it was so helpful. I really think that this company is responsible for me being able to breastfeed longer. The treats are expensive and shipping is slow, but honestly- if I had been spending money on formula I would have been paying a lot to feed my baby anyway and I was nursing in the middle of a formula shortage. It kind of bums me out to see so many negative reviews because I feel like they are so up front about everything and people just don't read. Bonus points that this is a Black, woman, mother owned business and I'm just happy I can support them while also seeing such extreme benefits.

Im very disappointed by Milky Mama. Ive ordered close to $200 worth of products in the past two months and purchased Emergency brownies on 4 separate orders. However, they recently changed their brownies from 80 gram to 60 grams for the same price. I contacted their customer service, but they just said they just changed the shape and didnt change the amount. They also mentioned all moms liked the new shape. When I asked about the weight difference, they replied saying "your previous brownies contained too much batter". Doesn't make sense when the first 3 orders were all 80 grams and just the last order was 60. It bothers me how they are constantly dodging the issue and coming up with excuses versus just being up front and saying the brownies changed. Ive used several other lactation products from different companies and the customer service is drastically better than Milky Mama. I was going to buy more Milky Mamas brownies as gifts but decided not to after this incident.
