Vicky Kelly guided me through both of these processes with the type of comforting expertise acquired by being a skilled veteran in her field. Her communication is excellent, and she easily answered my barrage of questions each time to help me better understand the minutia. The process was far less painful than I'd envisioned. Vicky Kelly has always been there for my husband and I from the time we purchased our first home with all our questions, and even through our most recent refinance. I came to Vicky as a single mom of two, newly divorced, post bankruptcy with a fair credit score and honestly quite scared about the process and if I would even be able to afford to buy a house.
