My wife and I flew in for a baby shower. We pre checked in, called ahead to request extra pillows and water since we had a late arrival and my wife needed extra pillows being pregnant. We were told over the phone no issues and they would have the room ready.
When we arrive we had issues at check in that finally got resolved only to be given a different room, no extra pillows or water. Being a member with over 1M points 98% of the locations we stay roll out the red carpet.
Once at our room we quickly realized this location is being mismanaged. The mattress in the bed is TERRIBLE, its like sleeping on a box spring. The pull out bed mattress is even worse and might as well be straight wire frame.
For $300 a night I expect WAY more. plenty of options for under $300 range in the area that are much better.

A pipe burst and we were without water for four hours. Not something the hotel can control, I agree. However, their communication around this problem was terrible and they didn't seem to care at all how this affected guests.

In room #319 I forgot a watch and asked them to return it to me That they didn't find it, they stole it, it's not fair, it's a very bad experience, the room cleaners are thieves, they stole it from me, they never forget anything, why are they going to steal it?
