The lady was really nice and the price for this flowers were very good and for the small size they were big. You should definitely order some flowers from there

I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day online and received a confirmation that the flowers were to be delivered on Feb. 14th. Called my mom to see if she liked them and I was told nothing came. I called this company and they said, even though I received an order confirmation, their internet was down and my order was never received. Why was I not notified I asked frustratedly, as I'm thinking what kind of flower shop can afford for their internet to go bad without a backup plan on VALENTINE''S DAY? I said yes, please deliver today. Then, some other lady gets on the phone, without me knowing there was a change asking me what I wanted to do. She said, quit yelling, and I said I've yet to yell to which she says we don't want your business. I said that will be a great review for this first-time order from you, to which she astonishingly said" that's ok, I'll pay someone to remove the review" so obviously this has happened before. This is their brilliant way of customer service! That's fine, I'll just keep reposting this review! AVOID at all costs!!
