Very helpful and professional indeed, really liked the service from Tom. Highly recommend their service.
First called them during the off-hour and the lady who answered the phone was not patient so I was very disappointed. But Sanborn's reached out to me shortly after that call and explained to me that lady is not Sanborn's employee but just responsible for taking calls during off hours.
Sanborn's has also followed up after the service and apologized again for what happened this morning. Therefore I edited my original review and give them 5 star because that's what they deserve.

We could not be more impressed. In the heat of summer they were able to come out quickly, assess our issue, acquire all the necessary equipment(amidst a shortage) and install without a hitch.
Definitely would recommend!

Pete was great, he showed up on time was professional and I definitely recommend. He didn't try to over sell me and I appreciate that.
