Been waiting for 2 months just to get a quote for a simple remodel that we wanted done. Mike came to our house and I explained what we were looking to do. Had to constantly ping him to ask the status of our quote. He had to bring a tile guy over to get a cost of the tile job, then had to bring a painter over to get a cost of the painting. We have been waiting forever and still can't get a quote. Finally hired someone else who wanted our business.

After interviewing a number of reputable contractors, we chose Mike of CSI for a thorough remodel of our newly purchased home. That decision was absolutely the best we could have made. Mike and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, craftsmen of their trade, completely trustworthy, flexible, friendly, and very easy to work with. We took our home down to the studs, redid the floor plan, and increased square footage of livable space at least 2200 square feet by converting an unused basement. Mike worked very closely with us, our architect and our designer, keeping us well informed. As we moved through the process and experienced the typical questions, adjustments, and decisions one experiences with older home remodels, Mike and his crew provided expert advice and maintained flexibility through the process. They expertly handled obtaining city inspections and approvals necessary to keep the project on target. We cannot say enough about the care they took to complete a very professional job and satisfy us, their customer. A testament to Mike and his crew is the fact that years after the completed remodel, we have incurred no major issues with the house. We constantly receive compliments on our home and we love our new home. Even now after a bit of time since the remodel was completed, we still turn to Mike when we think about any updating, whether it is changing paint or we just have general questions about home maintenance. Could we ask for more? We seriously doubt it.
