Mike worked very hard to replace our hot water heater in ver difficult circumstances. He was able to get the warranty honored on a 2 year old water heater and get it replaced with a new one at no charge. He did charge us a very reasonable price for the three days it took to remove old one, which had not been installed right and which actually was donecso badly its a wonder it didnt cause a fire and burn down our church...and to install the new one peffectly and to code. Mike is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was great to work with from start to finish. He really took very good care of us and we will be our plumber from now on. Telephone call today for repair work "Everyone is Sick" was the answer. Water inside my family members home. Recent extensive repair to a family members home only to hear "Everyone is sick" today... Something is wrong indeed. Called another company who came out immediately and found the problem, apparently Mr Rooter's job wasn't as thorough as we thought. Although it was a very costly repair, they didn't do a complete job. Will Tell as many people as we can to not use them.

I had an experience similar to that described by Geno C. but it was even worse. High pressure sales, no mention of price until they show up on site. Then you gotta get it done so you are stuck! They charged me over $200 even though they did not get the line clear. The phone book ad says 24-7 but I had to wait a whole week to get them on the job. Mike, the owner, kept pushing me to the bottom of the wait list whenever he got a more lucrative phone call. I will never use this company again.
