these guys came to repair my microwave under choice home warranty insurance. they fixed magnetron issue and it is heating but did not fix the light. there is no light. the technician told me that he had to order the parts and come back to fix the issue. he never came back and did not provide any information about the repair. when i called them , they told that the work order was closed. they did even bother to tell me that the work order was closed. furthermore they said the warranty does not cover light bulbs and they wanted to charge extra. but when i called the warranty company they said it is covered and placed another work order. they mislead me and never bothered to tell me they closed the first work order. this is unprofessional!

My fridge was making a chirping sound and it was super loud and annoying. I called Frigidaire and they charged a lot for someone to take a look at itin a week. The next day I found this place on google and called them, to which someone was able to come that same day to look at my fridge!! A part for the fridge needed to be ordered and luckily he came back a week later and fixed it within an hour. He was so great and even offered to fix my fridge doors that I attempted to flip myself! (I wanted to switch the way they opened) I will definitely keep this place in mind when I need help with my appliances. They are so nice and helpful and did an amazing job. So pleased with the pricing and service. THANK YOU!!
