I placed an order December 3rd it is now December 28th and I have not received my order this is the letter I wrote to customer service at Loehmanns:
Your customer service is terrible I have contacted you 2 times by phone and one time by email, yet you have failed to contact me it is as if you do not want my money.
You lost me as a customer and I will be sure to tell all my friends not to shop there.
My wife spent a whole day on internet picking out clothes and shoes she wanted for Christmas and you ruined her Christmas!!!
PS she LOVED Loehmanns.

When I talked to them on the on the phone I asked them I never received a tracking number they told me they look into an email me in 2 hours I never received the email. I called him back like four days later and they told me that they were pushing it up to the management to figure out the problem.They finally sent an email Dec 16:
I apologize for the wait in response. Your issue was sent to our warehouse to be researched. They have just responded to my inquiry. According to their response your order is still pending shipment based on two failed payment requests. Currently your package is still awaiting shipment. This issue has been sent to our finance team. If you still wish to receive this order we will have finance charge your card and request that the warehouse ship this package. If you no longer wish to receive these items we will close out your order. I truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
I replied by telling them that I still wanted the order if they could get it to me before Christmas and sent them my contact info but they never responded.
