I had the absolute HORRIBLE experience here. I came here for extractions initially only want to do 2 because Im very sensitive but got pressured to do 4. So I did all 4 extractions here, ended up developing dry socket. I called this place for help they would not answer any of my phone calls. Finally when I was able to schedule an appointment with them to help with the dry socket pain. One of the dentist supposedly filled a prescription for me for Tylenol and codeine. I went to the pharmacy afterwards only to find out they never filled the prescription! It was over the weekend so the office closed down. I was in AGONY all weekend. They truly dont care for their patients I was totally neglected here. 0/10 would not recommended this place!!!!!!!!!!!

This place has no urgency to help people. We made a appointment spoke with someone at the office and transferred all our papers to this location and we where declined service. Why would they give a appointment the day before knowing our situation and then be declined. The worst part about is that the manager was avoiding the whole situation. Thanks but no we will never be coming back here. This was the worst experience of my life and the appointment was even for me.

Unfortunately, my experience at my orthodontics consultation was not a good one. The front desk was great. Dr. Greg Tartakow was not great. We did not speak for very long. I had a longer conversation with the individual at the front desk and got more of my questions answered by her than by him. He spent more time talking to the staff about some concert in Canada and then told me he'd be back and instead of him coming back it was the individual from the front desk. I had more questions and instead, I got pricing for something I was not looking for. I'm taking time out of my day and this is what Dr. Gregg Tartakow chose as a profession so please treat it as such and not a transaction. I will be going elsewhere to find an orthodontist. 2 out of 5 stars My experience at the dentist was much better. Dr Noor and Alma O at the front desk made my experience one of the best I ever had at the dentist! I went in for a check up and a cleaning. The doctor took her time to ask me questions and clarify areas I was unsure of. When I arrived the doors were locked which was nice to feel a sense of safety to be let in. It took some time for me to be seen but not overly long. Alama O broke down some of the payment options for me and overall a great experience. Looking forward to the next one. 5 out 5 stars
