        Bitterness about Todd manager. I have had issues with her. Some one tried to take her to court and lost there case. Bitterness and sour relationship professionally. Conflicts over parking space numbers and telling residence they could not park there and she parks there even after she told residents. With an Old guy living here and Care giver who just cant stand Ms Todd who quit because she could not stand unfair policy's. A resident named Sharon apt19 who has special privileges because there friends and get special exceptions. And no other resident would get treated good like that. And that's why the old guy is dead because she caused it MS Todd.She always gets angry at the old people. Should just beat them with a bat.And no one would do nothing about it.
