        I gave this place 2 stars only because when we finally got a second tech out he was nice and knew what he was doing. As for the company they are unprofessional, do not return phone calls, takes many days to actually get someone to your house, and doesn't seem to want to do the work to fix the problem and make money .

        Big bear refused to provide documentation to my insurance company and I didn’t get reimbursement for the repairs. He then enter my property by force without my approval and took away the fuse box. he is basically conducting a crime. Be aware!! Don’t hire DNOT HIRE!.
