It used to be a great place, but now the quality went down and prices are almost the same as the store with almost no warranty.

Sales Lady was very eager to assist me in my inquiries about the appliances, which are refurbished and come with a 90 day warranty as well as a plan that , if you pay the cost of the appliance off in 100 day's then you pay no interest and that's with a small down. Real nice selection I must say.

Warning all of my friends and family!! About this place I am very, very dissatisfied with this place of business. It use to to be on University Avenue it has now moved. Back here in July I had purchased a $800 LG refrigerator with the freezer at the bottom it was delivered it would never stay on kept shutting down. They picked it up supposedly had repaired it returned it back to me two and a half weeks later to keep doing the same thing. Walked into the store on University with pictures of 120 some dollars worth of food gone bad went days unnoticed replaced it with another in the place of it over sometime around September got a Kenmore frigerator at the top freezer at the bottom to go out on me the 1st of January of 2019 got in touch with Crystal this Monday which was the 7th of January after the holiday to have to call back today which is the 10th of January she sent a repair guy out on the 9th just say the compressor was gone in it lost $70 worth of groceries talk to Crystal now about an hour ago she was supposed to have sent me pictures of what she has on her floor for me to choose from but refuse to do anything about my groceries lost again I have a 3 year old well just turned 4 in the house and we have no food so now not only do I have another faulty refrigerator gone bad that's not running I also have spoiled food Again nothing to eat in the house no working refrigerator and no pictures received from Crystal I'm a very disgruntled customer and I highly recommend nobody visits The Appliance Depot !!! JUST REFUND MY $800 AND I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND REPLACE MY OWN FOOD !!!😤😤😤😤🤬
