Make sure you know how much is on your gift card(s). I just went yesterday and I knew I had $120 on the card. The girl didnt give me my gift card back until I asked for it back. She said, it doesnt show that theres any amount left but you can go ahead and keep it. Literally on the receipt it shows the balance I have left. She tried to keep/steal my GC.

This is the worst store and company. This is the 3rd time I purchased items online. They place my order and tell me it's ready... come to pick it up and the items are out of stock. They should notify you instead of wasting your time and gas. I asked can my order be replaced with another item and the manager Anabel rudely said no... you can go to the front for a refund. This is the worst customer service. I will never be back or give Bath and body works my money.

We loved this new look on the second floor and we almost always come here each time we go inside the mall (at the near end of our visits). We'll always come back because we loved the "try me" label on hand wash to try out the scents before buying the specific scents!

How are you going to close the store 3 days before Christmas just because the AC is broken. Turn off half of the 200 lights in the store and only let a few customers in at a time if it's that hot.
