Sorry, but I do not believe these 5 star reviews! I had a totally different experience and lost a couple hundred dollars as well. Instead of having a $160.00 Basic cleaning, I made arrangements to have a $350.00 Deep cleaning and paid $50.00 extra to have my walls wiped down. 2 gals showed up as planned and started cleaning but I wondered how these short little gals were going to clean my walls without even a footstool. I pointed out a couple of areas that I wanted a little more TLC on and they touched it up. They completed cleaning my house in under 3 hours and since I was in a hurry to get back to my Mom in the hospital I didn’t use my White Glove to check their work. After they left my husband notices they did not clean the wood valance on our living room blinds but I figured they just missed it and let it go, again more concerned about Mom in the hospital. The following week I was finally able to put my bedroom curtains back up and oh what a shock and disappointment! This is my text to Rebecca “Rebecca, Initially I wasn’t going to say anything, I was a little disappointed but my Mom was in the hospital and I needed to get to her and they did go back and touch up a couple of places I noticed before they left. But today I blew my top. Through the week we have noticed things that were not cleaned and cleaned it ourselves, oh well. But Today! I found the straw that broke the camel’s back and you need to hear it and see some pictures. I went to hang my curtains that I had taken down to wash. The top of the window sills were filthy. Basically everything I wanted them to clean was NOT done except for the blinds, mirrors and vacuum. There were even dust bunnies of the walls, the baseboards were dirty and so were all the pictures in the room. I wanted a SPRING Cleaning. You told me it would it would be a DEEP cleaning As posted on your website a deep cleaning includes “Deep cleaning/Move-In Move-Out (RECOMMENDED) includes everything from basic cleaning plus cleaning cabinets, baseboards, blinds and inside fridge/stove”. You charged me $350.00 for a deep cleaning compared to a regular cleaning of the house for $160.00. I asked for my walls to be wiped down and you charged me an additional $50.00. So it cost me $400.00 and I even decided not to have 2 rooms cleaned! I did not walk from room to room and watch these gals do their cleaning, I just know that a lot of what we wanted to have cleaned we found was not done, especially anything that was over their heads. Bottom line! Very disappointed and no I will not be asking your business to come back. Pictures attached” Rebecca was apologetic and wanted to come out and reclean our house and an appointment was made. They never showed up and never called. So much for being surprised and wanting to make it right. Well, I learned my lesson. Buyer beware!
