I've used their services before and I always thought their prices were a little excessive. I recently took them a blazer that I wanted to have the sleeves taken in 1 1/2 inch on each sleeve. The female representative told me it would be $24 a sleeve. When I stated that price was a little excessive she said that was their price. I said, "well okay, but that doesn't make it right. She said it's right for us and refused my service. I am a black man and I think there was some racial animosity. At any rate, she said she did not want my business.
