        I brought my FS110 to Evergreen on July 19 for a gas leak. Since, I have made 10 calls to inquire about the status of the repairs. As of Sep. 28, I still do not know when I will get my Sthil back and I have yet to receive a call from them. On my last call to them, the service guy told me there were no more carburator kit available for that model and that they would have to change the carburator, Following that call, I made a quick inquiry on Amazon and at least 11 different companies were offering carburator kits for that model. Trying to call today but always busy!!!! Got my first call this morning (Sep. 29), and the FS110 is ready. Realizing there was a problem they will not be charging labour. Going up to 2 stars.

        Settling in to our new property and needed tools , it's been a learning curve but Mark took care of us . They all made us feel welcomed and showed us everything we needed. They have a great selection of tools. I would definitely recommend them !
