Dan J. Tripathi is a horrible person and lawyer. He is a dishonest, cheating lawyer. He will delay your litigation for as long as possible so he can keep charging retainers but will never render services for hearings, trials and appeals he gets extensions for, never doing the required work for what you've already paid for. He is a souless dirt bag.
