This is a small family owned establishment. I always receive friendly service, fare pricing, and I always enjoy the everything omelette.

This place is definitely frozen in another time. It's decorated with various posters and newspaper articles of Bay Area sports teams of the last 40 years. The place probably hasn't been remodeled since the day it was built. That being said, the customer service was great, and the food was tasty. The portions are a little smaller than you would expect from a old school diner type place like this. That would be the only critique I would add.

Great breakfast sport in rodeo the staff is also very friendly food taste amazing especially the coffee definitely going back soon.

Flippy's quickly became a go-to breakfast spot for my partner and I. It has the "Mom and Pop" vibe that I love to support. It's that kind of spot where the community comes to and the waitresses and chefs know each other on a first name basis. They have counter and booth seating available. I wouldn't recommend groups with more than 4 people due to their tables being connected to the floor but if you come at a time when they're aren't too busy, you may be able to snag two tables side by side. Parking can be tough if they're busy and on a Sunday with a church being next door. There are only 4 spots available in their lot, one of those being a handicap spot. There is a good amount of street parking around the block.I've tried many items on the menu and I have to say the one that made me feel nostalgic was their corned beef and hash breakfast plate. It brought me back to when my grandparents would make my cousins and I corned beef hash. Even though I live in Oakland, we try to come once a week for breakfast!
