I wish they would answer their phone or have a valid email address. I placed an order online with them - and was not able to confirm my order with them directly.  After reading some previous reviews,  I actually placed an order with another florist fearful that maybe this business was closed.  I was THANKFUL that a nice arrangement was delivered.

Terrible place, DO NOT ORDER from here. They do not call back and do not deliver the flowers. I call FTD to report them.

My dad placed an order on the website and it was not delivered. We received an order confirmation email. I have continuously tried to contact Just Bloom. Just Bloom's Email address comes back as undeliverable. The phone rings and rings until you get a message that the voicemail box was never set up. II have been unable to contact them and feel scammed.

Never answer the phone, never confirmed delivery at time.
The worse service ever.
Ring as personal phone, not a commercial phone.
Do not deal with this people at all.
After hundreds of phone calls they told me delivery was done, which is false.
DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THESE LIARS

If you want to guarantee your flowers will be delivered to that special someone on that special day, you should look elsewhere. I ordered flowers in June to be delivered on my mother's last day of work before her retirement, but they were never delivered. After the shop worker's inability to even communicate with her delivery driver, I was assured I would receive a refund. It has been over a month and still no refund. The listed physical address on Google is not legitimate either; I tried to drive there to speak with someone in-person and no such location exists. I have tried to call for an update, but no one picks up. I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering from them; I just carelessly clicked on one of the first flower delivery websites listed at the top of the search page. I will see if I am able to report this suspicious business to the BBB.
Bottom line, I would trust the dismal reviews and avoid the disappointment.
