He is the best design specialist I have ever met who not only provides best solution based on the needs and budget, but also provides professional customer service through out the whole project from estimate, installation, issue resolution and wrap up activities. He is patient, responsive, responsible and reliable. Another professional technician I would like to recommend is Shannon Williams. He is knowledgeable, professional and patient.
