        We had a pipe break in our house which caused flooding downstairs. We contacted our agent, Rich Cowles at Allstate and he took care of things right away. We had a company come to our house to immediately dry the entire area to prevent mold and further damage. We had new flooring installed and it was a really smooth process and he helped reduce our stress levels!!! Make sure to replace your pipes that connect from your toilet into the water line! We know several people this happened to...
