Brian and Roof Guys were amazing. Brian made a couple trips to our house to provide a detailed estimate, worked closely with our solar contractor on scheduling and financing and his crew did amazing repairs that were long overdue. They even fixed a sinking post (structurally required) in the front of the house and the house literally looks like new. I strongly recommend Roof Guys. My husband and I invested in a small automotive repair building. From the inspection report we knew the roof needed immediate attention. I called eight roofers and most did not even respond. I received 3 estimates. Roof Guys was not the cheapest quote, but we decided to go with them because Brian gave us the most comprehensive report with pictures detailing all of the roof flaws and described exactly how he would repair them. It turned out we had a lot of dry rot on the decking and several broken rafters. He explained the extra costs and gave us time to research our options without pressure. After our last big rain storm, I came home after being away for a couple of days to find the drywall above my bed bulging downward, saturated with water. I called around to roof repair companies begging someone to come out before the drywall gave way and flooded my bedroom. I got a hold of Roof Guys and they promised to squeeze me in. They came out and quickly found the problem - a leaky flashing around the chimney. They had to remove the tiles in the area, put a water tight seal on the flashing, then replace the tiles. I was impressed with how quickly they zeroed in on the problem and happy that they could finish the repair that day. This is definitely a 5-Star Company. They were courteous and professional and knew exactly how to fix my roof leak. Their quick response saved me money and a huge headache because once the leak was repaired, the drywall in my bedroom dried and flattened out again. Thanks Roof Guys!
