Had a great experience with Scot at AdvantaClean of Roseville with a mold remediation in a condo I own. I was able to rely on his knowledge in an area outside of my wheelhouse to understand the process. He walked me through every step with great patience with all my questions and provided pictures inside the attic space of before and after to have for my records. Professional and a class act other he entire process and would recommend him to anyone looking for help with a mold remediation project.

I had a large emergency water loss at my house, from the dishwasher line breaking. I didn't know what to do, so I called AdvantaClean in a panic. They showed up to my house to mitigate the water within the hour! They really made the whole situation less stressful, and did a thorough and quality job! I can't believe how nice they were, and they even helped me throughout the insurance process. I can't thank AdvantaClean enough! Would definitely recommend!

Scot has been awesome through this huge headache of a mold problem we have. The owners had other companies come out but they were slow in getting the bids done or never heard from them. Scot was quick in getting a bid based on what was needed and asked for and has really gone out of his way to help all involved. Through the beginning stages of this mold remediation process, Scot has been very kind and professional, a rarity in this day and age. We look forward to working with him as we continue to get this problem remediated.

We have only positive things to say about our experience with AdvantaClean! We had mold in our air ducts, and hired them to clean them all. We have an unusual setup in our home (the downstairs ducts are in a concrete slab), and the estimates we got were all over the place (some would not even entertain the job). Scot's estimate was not too high and not too low. We are so glad that we went with him. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, communicated well both in advance and during the cleaning, and was trustworthy and professional. He seems like an honest, hard-working business owner. We'll use them again for our regular duct cleanings!
