This is a business that knows how to communicate with their clients. They called me before I had to wonder about the status of my vehicle and call them. I would use them exclusively for any future collision repair. They've been around for more than 30 years and there's a reason for that. They're excellent at getting your car back to where it was before the collision and very accommodating too.

The outstanding quality that Showtime always achieves, coupled with the phenomenal communication throughout the repair process, ensured that I was made aware of Honda's delay in fulfilling the various parts which were needed to complete the work, which only delayed the completion date by two days. I live in Big Bear, Ca. and was involved in a minor fender bender when I got rear ended on Labor Day weekend. I called AAA, which is my insurance company, and they said they would send me a list of shops they recommended though I could use one that I preferred. Hard to find good services up here in the mountains, so when I saw the Showtime Collision was in Running Springs, not far from me, I chose them! I called, everything was set up and I was on my way to see them in a couple of days. My biggest fear was that I didn't know where I was going to get a rental car, but they assured me that they could take care of that as well.
Their office was impeccable and inviting, and the staff friendly and so professional! They assessed the damage on the car, told me it would be a few days to get the parts, and they would give me a call. I received a text telling me the parts were in, AND a phone call to make sure I got the text! I was impressed. When I dropped my car off, there was a rental waiting for me. Seamless exchange, made such a huge difference as I had to get back to work.
I received a few more texts regarding the work in progress and also timelines. Always with a follow up call to make sure I was receiving the texts. Communication is so important to me, and they did not disappoint! My car was ready one day early, and when I went to pick it up, it was detailed and look fabulous! I also got a warranty for the work they had done, for as long as I kept the car. The repair looks brand new, and I can't say enough times how pleased I was with the whole Showtime Collision experience. I will recommend Showtime to my friends on and off the mountain. You can't find quality like this just anywhere. Their customer service is impeccable. Thank you Showtime for making everything SO EASY FOR ME. You are appreciated!
