By far the best thing about this place is the community. Everyone who lives here is kind and friendly. Its a pretty young crowd (mostly people in their 20s and early 30s). We often will gather in the courtyard to chat or go out to grab drinks together. There are a number of cats and dogs in the building and everyone is responsible about picking up poop quickly. There is a convenient poop trash can in the courtyard. Management is fairly quick to respond when you reach out. The maintenance team is very responsive to requests for things to be fixed. There are two washers and dryers in the garage area that cost $1.75 each. Both are pretty old but they get the job done. Overall, I love living here.
