CARSTAR Capitol Collision Center

My car was hit in a parking lot and the other parties insurance company referred me to CARSTAR. I went in for an estimate and was greeted by Rebecca. I was immediately offered snacks or water which I thought was a nice option while I waited.  They promptly did the estimate and submitted everything to the other insurance company. Price was about 2k for the damage. Went ahead and made the appointment for their next available which was the end of March.I received a call earlier asking if I could bring the car in sooner. Took the car in and they estimated 3 days. They reached out to Enterprise rental to have me picked up too.Picked up my car the other day and they did an amazing job! I was skeptical since my paint is a white pearl but you'd never know anything happened to it. Their quality of work is outstanding!   Bonus, I was able to leave my rental there and they called Enterprise to pick it up - saved us a trip which was nice!Thank you Rebecca and Manny for the excellent customer service!! I will gladly recommend my friends and family here should they need anything.

I came to this CARSTAR after a different sister building returned my car to me twice with unsatisfactory results. Manny picked up the phone and directed me to Britain who quickly ensured that my concerns were able to be addressed. All my interactions with this company were stellar. From Manny at the front desk being very prompt and professional as well as Rebecca and Britain making me feel seen and heard about my car paint issues. I'd gladly take my car here again if something comes up. Big thanks to everyone there - both upfront and the guys in the back who are the ones doing exceptional work in paint corrections!!! :)
