I'm sorry I do like this place but I had to give only 2 stars because the loehmann's plaza location where I go is all over the place. I've visited several times to find they weren't open that day, for what reason? Who knows. Guess I'll be looking for another location

Cookies are great and there's a lot of variety, but I must be having some bad luck because out of the 4 visits I've made in the past few months they've been closed 3 of those times without any explanation even though it's within their business hours. Kind of frustrating. Just wish they were more consistent with their staffing/scheduling.

I went on a Thursday at around 3:30 and it was closed. I would have appreciated a sign in the window telling me why. The cookies taste good, but they frequently run out of flavors early in the day. I went back the next day. Still no sign and still not open during business hours. If there had been a sign that first day, I would have called first before going all the way over there. Also, there was a teenage worker inside bagging the cookies. He had no key and there is only one door. The owner locked him in to bag cookies, but wouldn't let him make sales despite there being a security camera. What if there had been a fire! Terrible boss!
