The Electric Bike Shop

My son wanted an electric scooter to get around college campus in San Francisco. We had no idea what he would need, costs, etc. Mike and Jim saved the day! They worked with our budget, terrain, battery and distance concerns. He LOVES his scooter and is the envy of roommates/teammates.Completing this task on my own would have been a stressful nightmare!Thank you so much Mike and Jim!

Good service, but if you have an electric scooter just know you will pay close to what you paid for the scooter after you track down the parts buy them and then get charged 100 an hour. Also you have to track down all of your own parts, they refuse to, which makes things a lot more difficult if you dont know electronics. And if the manufacturer wont sell to a business, you order the parts to your home or a P.O. box. Your making this way harder on your customers instead of working around the problem, your just pushing it off on us. You could make this easy but your being lazy. Its a shame

AVOID! They make you hunt down your own parts, buy them from another dealer if you find the parts on your own, then pay them 100 an hour to finally do the repairs, you end up paying close to the price of a new scooter by the end. The excuse given is the companies wont sell to them. Which is obvious laziness, they can get parts delivered to a different address such as their home, or a P.O. box. The business does everything possible to make going to them expensive, time consuming, and shows a lack of respect for us the customer. Very disappointing that customer service has fallen so far that issues are now passed on as our problem instead of the business problem solving. AVOID!!

Very grateful for this shop! Traveled 2 hours away since there arent many electric bike/scooter repairs in my area, and I was not disappointed at all! They know their stuff! :)
