Had a late tax return that seemed impossible to cash for no reason. It took some to figure out but they were finally able to cash it for me. Overall just good customer service and professionalism. Alia (hopefully spelled right) helped me out and I just appreciate good service. Thanks again

Make sure everything's correct before you leave. Girl sent my money to a Canadian company, even though I repeatedly said Missouri, never mentioned Canada. Had I noticed immediately, I could've gotten it refunded, but now im going through a 30 day wait.. It doesn't help though when the agents whispering through bulletproof glass, and, even when you repeatedly ask "huh?" she still won't raise her voice?
And the guy with shoulder length hair and facial hair is a jewel to behold. Watch in wonder as he demeans customers and treats them like idiots.
