I had a hardware issue with my desktop. I was pretty sure what the problem was, but I don't like trying to fix hardware issues on my own because I'm afraid I'll do more damage than good. I called several repair places around, and Alan was the only one who answered the phone. He told me to bring the computer by right then, and he diagnosed the problem in his shop while I looked on. About 15-20 minutes later we knew what the issue was, I ordered a replacement part from Amazon, and as soon as it came in Alan fixed it right up. His prices were fair, and he's a nice guy to boot. Highly recommended.

Excellent with computers, phones, iPads and laptops. Just dont talk to him when he comes over to fix your items, he will drop you so fast as a customer your head will spin!

I had an amazing experience working with Alan. He is very knowledgable about computers and how to fix different problems that comes with it. Alan is generally a great person to work with. He shared some of his knowledge along the way and educated me on every step he took to fix the problem. He is an honest guy that won't cheat you for your money and he is there to help people. I highly recommend Alan for all your computer needs.
